Rumored to be the result of magical experimentation, the half-chipmunk is a hybrid of halfling and chipmunk, and can hide a surprising number of nuts in its mouth.

Extradimensional cheeks (Su): A half-chipmunk can store up to 40 lbs. of items in extradimensional spaces in its cheeks. When slain, the creature's cheeks spew forth their contents, usually an explosion of nuts and acorns.

Skills: Half-chipmunks receive a +4 racial bonus to Move Silently checks and a +8 racial bonus to Balance checks. They use their Dexterity modifier for Climb checks.

Half-Chipmunk Society
Half-chipmunks tend to be solitary animals. Each has its own burrow and ignores its fellows except when conflicts arise or during mating or when females care for their young.

Half-Chipmunk Characters
A half-chipmunk's favored class is monk; half-chipmunk leaders tend to be rogues. Half-chipmunk clerics worship Chirpchuck Chipchip and can choose any two of the following domains: Animal, Charm, Luck, or Plant.

Half-chipmunk errata

Replace “Claws +4 melee, or by weapon” with “Claws +7 melee, or by weapon”.

Gah! I gotta proofread this better.

Replace “Fort +0, Ref +6, Will +3” with “Fort +0, Ref +6, Will +4”.

Geez, with two bits of errata per monster, you’d think I wrote for Steve Jackson Games.

We decided he wasn't a gamer geek for the original post, but the two errata made him a geek for sure.

It amused me and I'm slap happy cause I'm up to late.
