Internet vs. FtF RPG: Time Commitment
Is it just me, or has anyone else here discovered that Internet (journal, Chat, BBS, etc.) RPGs seem to require a much larger time commitment than a weekly or biweekly Face-to-Face game? At first glance, I thought it would be the other way around, but just about all of the 'Net games I've played in and GMed required a much bigger chunk of time say, per week, than the Face-to-Face games I've been in (don't get me wrong - I have nothing against online RPGs; I've just noticed that they seem to require a larger time commitment on behalf of a player or GM).
