Hi, I'm Ken, I live in Seattle, and I've been gaming since I was 8 years old. My first game was an AD&D solo adventure, Lathan's Gold, which I played with the help of a babysitter. By age 11 I was running my own campaign for some of the other kids at school. Ah, those endless afternoons of exploring the Never-Ending Dungeon of Doom. What it lacked in plot, it made up for in enthusiasim.

Flash-forward 22 years and I've run and played quite a few more games: Dungeons & Dragons, Advanced Dungeons & Dragons (every editon), Champions, Hero System, Villains & Vigilanttes, Marvel Super Heroes, Vampire, Werewolf, Wraith, Mage, Changling, TORG, Harnmaster, Hackmaster, Rulemaster, Call of Cthulhu, ElfQuest, Pendragon, RuneQuest, Attack of the Humans, HoL: Human Occupied Landfill, Twerps, GURPS, Ghostbusters, paranoia, Star Wars, Synnibar, Justifiers, Morrow Project, 2000 AD, Star Frontiers, GangBusters, Boot Hill, Top Secret, Top Secret/SI, Rifts, Palladium, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Ninjas & Superspies, and probably quite a few I've forgotten.

My favorite game systems at the moment are Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 and Hero System, 5th Ed.. I'm a huge fan of the OGL, and think the best 3.5 material is coming out from OGL sources. In particular I'm a big fan of Goodman Games' Dungeon Crawl Classics line and Necromancer Games line of "Third Edition Rules, First Edition Feel" game products. Lost City of Barakus is quite possibly the best adventure I've ever read, even better than my old favorite - Keep On The Borderlands.

I'm currently running a 3.5 game, set in the Forgotten Realms, though that campaign is set to conclude with the next session. We're going to launch a new campaign set in the Judge's Guild's Wilderlands of High Fantasy home to the famous City State of the Invincible Overlord.

Does anyone know of any active 3.5-only forums, or of any forums specifically for finding other gamers?
