Yeah hi, everyone

I'm new to this list and somewhat new to the area and so I thought I'd see if anyone on here knows of any rpg groups in driving distance of Marion Ohio...

Currently I'm driving 40 minutes through the dullest flatlands this side of Indiana and if possible I'd like to find a group somewhere I'm less likely to fall asleep at the wheel and die a horrible screaming fiery death.

Thanks!

What are the house rules on snacks?

All players bring snacks and drinks? GM provides? Whomever's home is being occupied provides? Inquiring minds want to know.

11:34a - Middle Earth Role Playing
It seems that Iron Crown Enterprises lost the Tolkien license for MERP, so it's out of print.

Does anyone know what Decipher's Lord of the Rings RPG is like, and how it compares to ICE's MERP? It's supposed to be out this month, but I was wondering if anyone had a chance to playtest it or try out their Mines of Moria game. They do have an outline of some of the rules for their LotR adventure game online.

current mood: curious

9:47p - Little Fears
So i picked up my copy o' little fears after hearing about it from you guys...

All i can say is my first on the spur session went better faster and smoother than ANY game i ever played for the first time. Considering i had read it only in passing, that fact SHOCKS me.

I barely understood the system or the world... yet i used only the smallest minutiae of info . and.. really impressive.. i have to recommend Little Fears (Key 20 publishing) to anyone who enjoys a good terror and a really good R-O-L-Eplaying experience..

parental discretion is advised.

P.S. anyone have any good non mainstream rpgs that you would care to recommend?
