We finally hit the other Covenants in Austin, the mystical and profane Circle of the Crone. The Acolytes were the last Covenant I really detailed in my notes. I always knew they were going to be fairly numerous, and I knew who the leader was, but that was about it.
For those of you out of the loop on Requiem, the Circle of the Crone are the witchy women covenant, sort of like the Lillith worshipers from the old game.
Enigmatic High Priestess
The Oracle is adapted from one of the sample Princes in Damnation City, a book I cannot recommend enough. The Oracle spends almost all of her time being "ridden", possessed by ancient goddesses and deities she communes with and summons during Circle ceremonies. She's either in touch with a real and mysterious spiritual power, or she's completely fucking insane. This is a question I'm not going to answer, not even to myself. Regardless, she's completely faithful and devout in her communions.
The Oracle was not always so blessed. As a young acolyte, she was sent to Austin by her sire, the head of the Circle in Atlanta. She brought with her Solomon, as a gift to the Prince of Austin. Once in Austin, she established a small Circle cult in the city, one that has expanded steadily in the last few decades. At some point in the last hundred and fifty years, she began her practice of spending nights under the possession of ancient gods and goddesses, I haven't exactly decided when or how. I also haven't decided her real name. Aside from Solomon, there probably isn't anyone currently awake in the city who knows it.
The Oracle is the Gangrel Primogen in Austin, and is one of the most feared and respected voices in the city.
Insane Beast Communer
Sire: The Oracle
Michael was once a man, beautiful and athletic. He has not handled the decades since his Embrace well. Feeling extremely uncomfortable around humanity, Michael has retreated to an almost animal like state. He spends most of his nights flying the city as a bat, among the million+ bats that crowd Austin's sky. Some nights, he prowls the wilderness outside of Austin as a wolf. Rarely, he takes the form of a man, generally only when his sire commands him to. He sleeps under the Congress Ave bridge during the day, and follows the bats to Mexico during the winter. No one is quite sure what to do with him and it's probably not long before he loses that last big of Humanity and does something truly monstrous.
Deputy for the Sheriff
Sire: ? (She's the Oracle's grand childe)
I don't know much about Adriana's background. Her sire was one of many vampires staked and left buried away somewhere by Daniel Colt. (Daniel never kills his rivals, he has however staked and buried a few rivals over the decades. There are perhaps half a dozen vampires in the cemeteries and concrete foundations around Austin, who might never be discovered.)
Adriana is the heavy for the Sheriff's deputies. She's the one who breaks knees or beats suspects in to submission. She mostly likes the PCs, especially Winnie.
Sire: Verona Drake
Salvatore is a sexy bastard. Sort of a modern dionyssian figure. He's kind of a rogue and a rake and hedonistic charmer. Beyond that, I really haven't decided what his story is or what he's up to.
Altissima is the storyteller and lore keeper for the Acolytes. She knows a fair amount of occult and blood magic, and lots of strange ancient parables and legends that relate to whatever the Oracle has on her mind. Beyond that, I haven't detailed her much.
Marley is a member of the coterie of women who worked under the Herald, Robert Vohl (see the Carthian entries.) She's a strange mixture of charming and crass, and not terribly devout in her Covenant membership. Marley is a close friend with Robert, and even though he fed on her several times (and she on him), she doesn't think he should have lost his position. She believes Caitlin (we'll get to her in the Invictus write up) ratted out Robert, and really wants to see that bitch go down. She has no idea it was actually Emma, who she is still friendly with.
The Daughters of the Morrigan
A few months ago, sensing the coming conflicts in Austin, the Oracle arranged for three new Acolytes to arrive in the city. The Morrigan are a trio of highly trained Gangrel warriors, sacred bodyguards and soldiers for the Circle. So far their purpose is the city has been to intimidate anyone away from even thinking about moving against the Circle, but if need be they are here to kill anyone who tries.
Morrigan, abused office drone
Meagan was a meek secretary in New York, and a dutiful wife to an abusive husband. Beneath her demure exterior she seethed with anger at the daily injustices done to her, but felt helpless to act against them. Her sire was looking for a woman just like her, someone she could free from her life and mold in to a devout killer. After the Embrace, Meagan's first act was to kill her husband with a fire poker. She made sure her daughter was at the sitter's.
Morrigan, Meagan's daughter
On Jessica's 18th birthday, her mother returned. Seeing the intelligent and strong woman her daughter had become, Meagan Embraced her, inducting Jessica in to the Circle of the Crone and the Daughters of the Morrigan.
Jessica is intelligent and driven, and while not quite possessed of the bloodlust of her mother, she is every bit as deadly. Of the three Morrigan, Jessica is the most likely to want to leave her sacred duty, to seek out power, influence and authority.
Morrigan, recruited neonate
Last year, Jessica and Meagan arrived in (some city), to kick ass and take names. Rebecca was a nobody at the time, a ghoul servant to a local Kindred. She became fascinated by the pair of powerful and intimidating new women. She practically begged them to let her join. The night they left town, Meagan killed Rebecca's dominator, and Embraced her on the road.

I've also mapped out the lineage of all of Austin's vampires, and need to go back and fill in some ?s from the previous entries, but I think I'll wait until I've done all of them.
Next time, the Invictus!
