My daughter (age 8) is playing my animal companion in our d&d game and after a huge, difficult battle our GM wants to reward us with something wannabe-druid-rouge-and-her-pet-wolverine appropriate. He suggested a necklace that would have us be able to talk to each other in game, but half the fun is her making faces and growling and me trying to figure out what she's saying.

Can anyone suggest a post-battle type prize that might be useful to the both of us together?
